About Us
Mid Ohio Valley Educational Resources for Scholarships, morescholarships.org, is designed to make scholarship information available to students, parents, scholarship donors, guidance counselors, foundations of the region.
Morescholarships.org was created through the cooperative efforts of Altrusa International Inc. of Parkersburg, Our Community's Foundation (PACF and Regional Affiliates), West Virginia University at Parkersburg Foundation and the Counseling Office of Parkersburg South High School.
Revisions and other support for the site has been funded through a grant from the Verizon Foundation.
You may use morescholarships.org to search for scholarship information, add a scholarship to the listing or secure application forms for some scholarships listed on the site.
Through community collaboration this web site has been created and maintained. It is our sincere hope that it offers an opportunity for the donors in our community to share scholarship information, and provides a resource to assist our many qualified students in securing the funds necessary for their education.
Scholarship information may be listed for students in Calhoun, Gilmer, Jackson, Mason, Pleasants, Ritchie, Roane, Tyler, Wirt, Wood Counties of West Virginia and Washington County in Ohio.
